I had a great experience with Greenwich London Blinds. Before meeting Neil, I had a vague idea of what I wanted for a large lounge window and lounge and bedroom window/balcony door combos. Neil explained the pros and cons of various blinds options so I could make an informed decision. I had a very different consultation experience with another company, and ended-up paying GLB quite a bit less than I had budgeted.

Neil is all about the customer; for my very wide and tall lounge window he recommended I get a single very long vertical blind track, even though that meant he’d have to lug the track up twenty (20) flights of stairs because it wouldn’t fit in the lift.

Once getting the quote, I paid the deposit and ordered that day, and my blinds were installed two weeks later. I'm really pleased with the blind choices and Neil's customer service.

First-rate service.

Neil Scofield, who runs this company, knows what he is talking about. He first identified what the trouble was and worked out whether he could fix it. Once that was established he ordered new parts, set a time to come to to the house do the repair. He was in good communication and on time, a clean worker and pleasant. if you phave a blind which needs sorting and he can do it, go for him!

Beautiful blinds and brilliant service! I’ve had my blinds for a few months now and I’m so pleased with how they have turned out. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Neil was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent advice throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and was extremely helpful in recommending the types of blinds that would work best for my windows. He even showed me various examples, which made it much easier to visualise how the blinds would look in my home. The timing was excellent as Neil ensured that everything was completed within the promised timeframe.
