If I could rate this as a minus 10 I would.

The item sent was not what we had ordered, they admitted to a mistranslation in the description and offered a free return voucher, but a month later, 2 invalid vouchers, many emails, two wasted trips to the courier, and still no voucher. Paypal will refund but only when the item has been returned with a tracking number, as it is large this will cost a lot. This company claims on their website that they will pay the cost of a returned item if the fault is theirs, and even have it picked up at your door. This has so far been proved a lie, and this purchase a very expensive mistake.

Beware of customer service at Greenweez

I bought 2 gifts from Greenweez, one I had to return as it arrived too late for a birthday party present as it was late delivered even when I took in to account their particularly long delivery times as they are based in FRANCE.When I contacted them I was told rather curtly that being only one day over a few weeks wait was no reason to waive the high return postage of £8.50 (again due to them being based in FRANCE). Even then I had to chase them for a refund with them putting obstacles in my path like contact fedex as we dont know the tracking number when they had sent it me to print off. Eventually over 2 weeks later refunded minus postage and the whole discount code amount for the other item even though I kept one! I try not to shop on Amazon as it is too powerful so I thought an ethically marketed website would be more personable. How wrong I was. This is the first time I have ever felt moved to write a negative comment about a company. I dont expect much in way of a response from them as they already 'told me off' in thier last customer service email. Areally disappointing shopping experience.-unfortunately use with caution c'est malade, au revoir
