If I could rate this as a minus 10 I would.
The item sent was not what we had ordered, they admitted to a mistranslation in the description and offered a free return voucher, but a month later, 2 invalid vouchers, many emails, two wasted trips to the courier, and still no voucher. Paypal will refund but only when the item has been returned with a tracking number, as it is large this will cost a lot. This company claims on their website that they will pay the cost of a returned item if the fault is theirs, and even have it picked up at your door. This has so far been proved a lie, and this purchase a very expensive mistake.
