This is a scam I was placed 9 piece neo hair lotion and they promised to send the package but it’s been more than a month now and I still didn’t get my package and they don’t replay my messages. Don’t be a fool it’s fraud.

Scam-Like Behaviour and Zero Integrity
This company took my money, made false promises, and went completely silent for weeks. My order arrived over a month late, and they refused to refund me even after admitting they had no stock. Customer service is a joke — rude, dismissive, and dishonest. Stay far away — this business should be ashamed of how it treats people.

Only used the spray for a week so cannot comment on the effectiveness. The bottle got clogged and unusable. Very poor quality considering you pay £26 for a bottle. Beware of this issue before you buy as you may not even be able to use it after a week or so

I am based in Pakistan and ordered bottles directly from their website. They use local distributor Zenith Star which is absolutely disguising. Initially they will send original product but after 1,2 bottle, they will send bad quality (seems like adding water pure out of greed).

I raised this issue with Greenwealth but it seems that they do not care about it at all. DISGUISTING AND SHAMEFUL!!!!

I’m facing problems with spraying after a while the spray mist will get blocked and will not spray any oil , this is very bad in manufacturing this process, please tell us how to solve this

They are selling fake neo hair lotion. ,Iam using neo hair lotion product from one year starting four months hair growth came good but now a days it’s very poor.. before I get Bangkok Thaliland without paradise label product that’s good from four months. after that i use this greenweath,com paradise logo lotion and I felt not good hair growth progress is too bad…

This product, Neo Hair Lotion, has unfortunately too many people selling it across eBay, Amazon, online Ali Express, and many other places across the net, every bit of which is fake oil lotion under the mother company's name, People's faith in the product has started to go, and soon the company will find itself out of the market with this product.

I'm using Neo Hair Lotion & no doubt i am impressed from the result but the only issue i have is that after using this lotion i am getting a lot of dandruff due to it. Not sure if i can use any medical treatment(lotion) for dandruff while using Neo Hair Lotion or not.?

Greenwealth Paradise is just another disributor from the UAE. They like many others buy the product from Dr Paiboons company and have it labeled with there name and halograms on the packaging. There are several other bonifide retailers selling exactly same product in its original Thai packaging generally a lot cheaper than Paradise. Please look around before you buy. The authenticity of the product is not just based on the holograms and labelled packaging. there unique identifiers on the bottles.

I’m very happy with results so far, my bold patch has been covered now. I’m using Neo’s for 4 months and not sure for how long do I have to use it?
At the moment I’m using it twice a day, after satisfactory results should I reduce or stop completely??
