What a great company. From the first time I meet Julian I knew I had found the right people to carry out my EV home car charger unit. He was thorough honest polite even had time for a chat. This was followed by the installation by Darren ( what a great guy) He did a fantastic installation and was happy to do what I required, even helping with y smart app. Had some dealings with Mandy at the office who was also very helpful and friendly. The service from start to end was fantastic, starting with the initial visit in the pouring rain and on a Sunday. The installation was carried out by Darren in a professional and friendly manner, including instructions on how to get started. The aftercare service was very prompt and also on a weekend too.
Overall a top quality service.

I was happy that the company offered a free survey rather than me sending bad photos that could be easily misinterpreted.
They were responsive and have access to a range of EV sockets to meet the needs of your house depending on how your house is supplied.

I was unsure how to have my charger installed due to the 15 meters distance from the house, and was worried about the cost. Unlike other firms who asked for photos to enable them to give a quote, Julian came out to visit site and discuss the best options to give me what I needed. The quote was competitive and I agreed to proceed.
On the day of installation the engineers arrived recapped what I needed and set about completing the installation, they took the time to explain what was happening and did what they promised, leaving a very satisfied customer with a fully working newly installed car charger. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

From point of contact to completed work, Greenvolz took care of it, including the government grant.

Excellent installation with great looking EV charger. The whole process has been very professional from start to finish. Site survey undertaken before install with all questions answered. On the day, the installer manager to hide most of the cable, due to the electric box being the other side of the house from the driveway, resulting in a very smart finish. Kept up to date at all points, from initial enquiry to ordering and install. Would highly recommend.

Home EV Charge unit fitted very professionally at a good price.

Greenvoltz have also been very keen to ensure that a problem with the unit (losing connection to the Smart Charge app) is resolved as quickly as possible.
