We missed out on our spring treatment because we only had 4 days notice and we were away on holiday at the time of notification so there was no access to our garden as we had secured it. Although I emailed the company whilst I was away, I still received notification that they would be giving a lawn treatment on the specific date. We still haven’t received another appointment as promised for this treatment, so I’ll wait and see what happens.
When we first started using Greenthumb a number of years ago we’re were given at least 2 -4 weeks notice of a future treatment which enabled us to make plans for access to our garden.

On many occasions I've been unable to make contact with customer services to discuss any issues which arise, It's becoming almost impossible to speake to a actual person in todays world of technology.

Tried to cancel a visit. Impossible to do so. Do not answer emails or calls. Email now sent to customer relations. What a shame as when previously owned were fantastic. Do not use this company. Dreadful customer service.

Been using Green Thumb for a good number of years. Not been very happy lately. Got a carpet of weeds all over the lawn and was promised a couple of weeks ago they’d be treated very shortly, not seen Green Thumb yet! I don’t pay a monthly subscription to have a carpet of weeds!! Very poor service! AND have to live chat these people now, impossible to speak to anyone!! Very unhappy with the service I now receive!

My lawn has not recovered from the scarification and reseeding carried out last October, it is the worst it’s looked for a long time. It really needs more work to be carried out to get the lawn back to it’s best, but I’m informed by Greenthumb they cannot apply seed until the autumn.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, will never use their services again. Treatment appointment rescheduled without a phone call. When looked to reschedule the second appointment they gave me without conversation it was then cancelled and no subsequent availability.
