GreenTech Heat Solutions exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I had ordered an upgraded heating fan system because I wanted to make sure alllll bugs were dead ;) (I don't do/keep bugs).
However, the machine I ordered was out of stock. I was panicked! Can you believe the CEO called me!! What company does that......!! This one does! I spoke to him about my tenant issue, and there was no problem. Dr. M. Linford answered any and all questions I had. He did NOT rush me off the phone in any way. Let's face it, I'm ignorant when it comes to bed bugs as I've only known the term.... not the bug. I learned much from him.
While I still need to wait for the machine I ordered, he sent another model so that the problem could be handled promptly. He offered solutions, not attitude, in an era of take it or leave it. This company serves the clients as in yesteryear kindness.
I did have further questions, as let's face it, you don't know what you don't know ;) till you know...! Dr. Linford was busy, but who called me back..... the lead supervisor!! Dr. Tom Costello, the lead supervisor, is also a doctor ;) This man could not be more gracious with his knowledge or time. This company takes its business seriously, as well as the customer. I would send anyone to them.
