We can see if there is anything we can do to rectify this issue for you (replace or refund) and then investigate if there are any issues with any particular batches of our gloves.
All of our gloves are made using a high quality cabretta leather and we have many happy customers who order them on a regular basis. We would be interested to learn how your glove has fallen apart and if there are any improvements that we can make.
As an independent business, the feedback we receive from golfers all over the world (with different playing styles) is the best source of information we have to learn, improve and grow.

I can see that your order was shipped on the same day of ordering using our non-tracked international shipping option (other options are available).
With all our orders shipped from our UK warehouse, transit into Portugal (and via customs checks) can take between 7 and 10 working days for this service.
With today being the 10th working day we would expect your order to be out for local delivery soon, if not today.

I love these tees
I love these tees, I wish there were a distributer in the states. The shipping is fast enough either way. Bulk packing options or packs of 100 would be awesome too.
