Poor experience all round
Order two items and took well over a week to receive. One of them is badly produced,faded around the top and absolutely not worth thr money. Emailed asking to return and no reply. 4 days now. Will have no option but to raise a charge back. As a first time customer it has been really poor.

Thank you for getting in touch, I am sorry to hear this but it doesn’t look like we have received any emails from you. We would be happy to arrange for a return or a replacement.
In terms of the delivery it looks like your order was sent the next working day after the weekend and subsequently delivered within our 2-4 day free delivery window. We do not ship out items after 3pm on a Friday so I believe this would be the cause of the delay on your end.
One of the team will be in touch via email directly to help facilitate a return for the faulty item.
