I have had a chimney sweep for nearly 40 years swept annually..3 years ago my sweep retired so I looked for another. Greenstove put me in contact with two young men. No problems.
This year someone else came from Greenstove, who was very pleasant and courteous. I was very happy with the way the repair was done , took only a short time, but became increasingly concerned at the length of time taken for the rest of the procedure, about double the usual . Sweep was covered in soot, never experience this previously.

We found Greenstoves very helpful.
Mel was very inspiring with her knowledge and was able to guide us towards the wood burner we required
The stove was very quick in arriving and contact between Mel and our selves was good . I would recommend anybody that’s thinking about a wood burner to go to see them first

They were so professional and super tidy. We have had a double sided burner installed and we couldn't be happier with our new addition. We chose Greenstove Solutions based on their reviews. We were not disappointed. They were friendly, helpful and professional and did a fantastic job. We thoroughly recommend them. Everyone at the company couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish.

Initially tried to contact via Facebook details. It took me 3 months of messenger messages before I found another number to call and got a person and was finally able to book service. Previous company always left wood burner glass clean as new, this time I was told how to do it myself. The wrong rope size was used and the burner was uncontrollable and burned so hot it was unusable. They responded quickly and sent another engineer out next working day, who fitted correct rope and it now works properly. £95 for service and sweep is £50 more than I was paying. Had to have it done for insurance purposes but will be reluctant to use company again.

Very happy with your new multifuel stove and the resitting of the wood burner. From the first contact with Ann in the shop to the final work being completed by Tom the whole team gave gave first class service. Very clean and respectful of our home. More than happy to recommend them.

I have just had a new 3KW stove fitted. Greenstove offered a thoroughly professional and friendly service from start to finish. The guys who came to fit my stove (completed in two days) were particularly fantastic and the level of workmanship (and pride in their work) was/is incredible.
