Greenstove service our oil fired cooker every year. They are prompt polite, thorough and reasonably priced

All staff were helpful from beginning to end. We had a builder to do the fireplace and he was delayed so caused a knock on effect with some delay to the fire installation but it wasn’t any trouble. Would definitely recommend them.

Had chimney swept and was as if they hadn't been here!
Everything left clean and tidy and staff were friendly and courteous

Clean and efficient

Tom was punctual, friendly and polite.
He explained what he was doing and how it would be done and took great care of our living room as he worked.
The sweeping was carried ouf really well and there was no mess to clear up afterwards.

From initial enquiry to installation, my expectations were exceeded from this Family run- company.
Initially my enquiries were done by phone and then after establishing my needs I was emailed details and links to look at options.
I then requested a site visit . This was carried out very thoroughly and lots of good information given to answer all my questions and help me make my choice .
I received an emailed quotation very promptly and then visited their showroom where I was shown the products and accessories that I was interested in and the chance to talk about the merits of each to help me with my final decision. I chose a Charnwood stove as I liked the product and the manufacturer for quality, looks , after sales and the fact that the stoves are a British product made in the Isle of Wight.
I booked my installation date and paid my deposit.
The installation went very well and the team were professional, conscientious and tidy.
I am SO pleased with my new log burner and looking forward to the enjoyment and benefits when the colder weather arrives.

What great service. From being flexible over installation date, to leaving the room immaculate, and to dealing with a small niggle after installation. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The new log burner looks amazing!

Using the same people that installed another stove imn our house.

We purchased a Thornhill Range via Greenstove Solutions and tasked them with installing it in our property. The item itself oozes quality, we’ve had our eye on one for years and the reality is every ounce as good as we hoped for. Dealing with GS was easy, everyone is friendly and approachable. Connor and Ross who carried out the work at our property were friendly, happy, hard working and diligent. We’re very happy. Thanks guys. Top job! :)

Very professional from initial phone call to completion of job. This is the second time we have asked Greenstove Solutions to work on our Rayburn and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.
