had full new lawn,£900. and it looks terrible
had full new lawn,reaseeded but with a course grass that now looks terrible,more like what you would see at the side of the road, nothing like the fine grass I had
im going to have to have striped of and reseed
they just gave me excuses,at one point he told med I fertilized it and that was why it was patchey NO. he had fertilised it two weeks before, I have the reseed, if you want a fine lawn I would go els ware,i spent £900 on this and it looks terrible now he wants £26 for a lawn treatment I didn’t ask for the one he said had been done bad. Ie
Greener streek in middle of lawn im going to have to get it redone he just wants to charge me again IM SO DISAPPOINTED

1st appointment with Greensleeves.
Young man who came was quick and efficient. I did have to contact them to find out how long for weeds to die etc. they were very informative and I look forward to my lawn improving over the year.

Poor service
Have tried to book block paving driveway cleaning since Dec 2025 it's now May 2026, gave up and employed someone else. Poor communication and needs chasing.

We have received an updated from your local office.
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the experience.
The work was initially scheduled for January/February, weather permitting, and we remained in contact during this period regarding timing and access requirements for the rear area. When conditions improved, there was some uncertainty regarding which areas were to be completed, and we arranged a visit to ensure everything was clearly understood and assess access on site.
At that stage, we advised on scheduling availability for the front driveway, and shortly after, we noted that the work had already been completed by another contractor.
We’re sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion and appreciate your feedback.

Daniel was very helpful setting up a visit and sorting out the Direct debit mandate.
The two guys who did the initial quote were confident and attentive.
The first treatment seemed to go smoothly . The guy doing the treatment was knowlegable and polite.

When Greensleeves came
When Greensleeves came, the grass had a lot of dead stuff in it, and was struggling. Greensleeves took out the dead stuff, leaving space for the grass to grow & followed it up with a feed & aquaboost.
Now it looks quite different, thick and healthy, and a lovely green.
