Good follow through during a tough placement.

Working with Mallory Dale was such a pleasure. She was very positive and supportive along the way from the initial screening through to my final interview. She was really responsive, always prompt in providing any information I had requested or just to follow up on how things were going. This was my first experience with a recruiting agency and I have to give kudos to TGRC for the impressive work!

Overall, it was a great experience. I have worked with recruiters in the past and this one excelled in both communication and coordination. Each time they said they were going to reach out in a certain period of time, they always followed through. The one criticism I had, relative to others I have worked with, is that I think the recruiter could have done more to prepare me for interviews. In the past, I've had recruiters send me information about who will be attending the interviews and their respective LinkedIn pages to assist me in preparing for the interview.

My recruiter has already checked in with me after my placement and said he will check in again after a few months. The recruiters at the Green Recruitment Company clearly cares about the people they work with. Thank you!

Excellent experience with this company and in particular with Jess Brisley. After a phone interview, I told her about the need of redirecting my career towards new areas. She perfectly understood the situation, giving me a few options and guiding me during the whole process; now I am working in a very well reputed consultant. Mariah Hifzulrehman was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. This is the first real experience I have had with a recruitment firm and I have to say it was a really positive one. Mariah kept in touch on a regular basis right until the end of the process. I would definitely recommend.

Wanted to say how much of a great experience I had with Mollie Naughton. Coming from a background in recruitment I had some knowledge of what makes a good recruiter and Mollie definitely topped the lot (was much better than myself that’s for sure). She helped me the whole way through, always made sure to answer any questions I had, was extremely supportive throughout the interview processes and all in all was just fantastic to deal with. It's a great blessing to have Joaquim as my recruitment consultant. He was very helpful in guiding me throughout the interview process and he gave constant updates on the progress. During his absence, his manager, Leuan, keep me updated on the progress of the post interview review. After I joined the organization, he called to enquire on how I was fitting in the role, which amplify his commitment to the well-being of the candidates he is responsible. These are great examples of recruiters that are responsible and committed to the success of the candidates.
