No response to emails about a shorted order
Still waiting on a response to this email:
On June 1, I placed order # 03928 for 4 Storm Cloud Bluestar plants to be shipped to my daughter in law in law in another state.
They came for a visit in mid-August and as we walked my yard, she saw the one I planted and that is when I learned that only 3 plants were delivered. She explained that we discussed 3 or 4 plants, so when 3 arrived, she did not realize one was missing. (We live 8 hours apart so it did not come up in calls.)
Since then, it took a while for me to find an email or text with the order info.
Please refund the cost and shipping.
