Problem with following up with concerns arose

Schools' first credit union directed me to Greenpath. That said, I am uncertain if I would recommend this company to others. You excel at gathering information during the intake process. However, I had follow-up questions and required someone to address them or clarify my concerns. Unfortunately, no one had answers, and my phone calls went unanswered. It felt as though no one was available, and the one individual I did speak with was quite rude, which made me feel uncomfortable with this company. On a positive note, the last person I spoke with, Joseph W, truly stands out as a saving grace for your organization.

Great people to work with

Great people to work with. Always helpful and take away the stress. They do follow up to inform about updates and when called the representatives are well trained to give the right information. This in itself eases a lot of anxiety.

I have had to reach out multiple times,

I have had to reach out multiple times,
Every single time, I’m on hold for ever then have to request a call back, and by the time I finally get through to somebody still nothing is completed. Communication is lacking.
