Definitely not a non stick pan

I used the pan 2-3 times, i seasoned it properly and let it get hot before using but everything sticks and it's impossible to clean. I requested a refund

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a pan set at a high price, and after using the first pan for a simple task like cooking eggs on a regular stove, it showed discoloration. I contacted customer service right away, but to my surprise, I never received any response! I used the second pan as well, and it also discolored under the same conditions. I am extremely frustrated by the poor quality of the product and the complete disregard from your customer service team. I expected a much higher standard for the price I paid, and the lack of even the slightest effort to resolve this issue is unacceptable. I will never recommend this brand to anyone. Excellent Quality and Design

I had a great experience with this set of pans and pots because the material, design, and color are excellent, making them a pleasure to use in the kitchen. The only downside is that this model isn’t dishwasher safe, but overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and performance.

Arrived safely

Arrived safely, no damages, free baking gear, and the pans are really non stick and so easy to clean, maybe its placebo but the food tastes better too haha

I did not receive the gift you…

I did not receive the gift you promised. Most importantly, no one replied to my emails requesting the tax refund and I left the Netherlands without being able to redeem it, accordingly. This is so sad!

Great products

Great products - high quality cooking-ware. Were recommended by a few of our friends as we moved from Gas to Induction, and the set we bought is really well made. My only regret is that we didn't go for the bigger set (we went for a set of 3 pans-and-pots, and a 5 set would be better).

It’s been 15 days

It’s been 15 days, and I haven’t yet received my pans. When I contacted customer service they sent me an email which said “ we are very busy, we may take up to 15!!! Business days to get back to you”.

They sent my order incompletely. I sent an e-mail twice in a week. There was no answer. No answers or help about what will happen. Terrible experience. I do not recommend shopping.
