Coating comes off after a few uses
Coating comes off after a few uses. Food sticks after frying and not able to remove with correct washing as recommended by Greenpan.
They are throw away pans after a few uses.

The information on the website was helpful.
Ordering was simple.
Delivery was wuick
Quality of the pans is excellent.
I can't fault anything.
Would certainly use Green Pan again.
Also the recipes on their website are very good.

Brilliant pans! Top notch!
Goods now received thank you. There was a mix up with another delivery so apologies from me. The pans are brilliant and match my kitchen decor perfectly. I do suggest you provide a call line for customer queries in future as this could have been resolved sooner with direct help from an adviser.

Disappointing customer service
Have emailed customer service 3 times and no response - One of my pans has 4 marks in it where the white lining appears to have come away after 6 weeks of use and I emailed to ask if still safe to use
No response again
It was past the trial period so would not be able to have money back, I wanted to know if still OK to cook with this but no one has returned any of my 3 emails which makes me unlikely to recommend this company or use them again in the future
Beautiful coloured pans but one is faulty after 6 weeks of use

Greenpan have been in touch to say they were very low on staff hence delay, have answered my concerns and kindly sending replacement pan to the damaged one so very grateful for resolution. Changing my review. Thank you.

Disappointed with chipping pans after only 3 weeks
Order number: GPUK6150
Bought these pans on recommendation from a friend that they were good quality and worked well.
After looking after these carefully (washing by hand and keeping the them on the cardboard inserts) they have started chipping at the top of most of the pans.
We contacted support for help over 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything back.
They were very quick to ask for a review after they had been delivered but Customer Service are not supporting us so this is my review.
I would not recommend this company or their products and we are disappointed - we should have bought elsewhere.

Wow, so pleased I invested in these pans, instead of cheaper traditional non-stick pans. They are awesome!!! Fantastic quality and so unbelievably non stick!!! The food literally glides around the pan!!! Fantastic, can't recommend highly enough!!
