Something not right with your rental?
Our customer care team will look into it personally
If your rental didn't go the way it should have, we want to put it right. Email our customer care team at ics@cs.greenmotion.com and include:
• your booking reference
• the location you rented from
• a short summary of what happened, plus any photos or receipts
This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.
Thank you for telling us. Every review on this page is read, and your feedback goes back to the branch team so we can keep improving.

Two years, no complaints
I’ve used this company two years in a row now and am happy to recommend them. I’ve had a good experience both times with efficient service at pick up and return of the vehicle. I chose to do the online pre check of documents, which I recommend. Also be sure that it’s the main driver’s credit card used on the booking as I overheard another person having issues with that despite the clear instructions when booking.
