On arrival at the airport, call the branch to arrange the Green Motion shuttle bus, then head to Zone D in the Multi-Storey Car Park, which is signposted directly across the road from the main terminal exit; the shuttle can take between 5 and 15 minutes to arrive. Travellers arriving by train can use Paisley Gilmour Street station, just over a mile from the terminal, connected to the airport by the McGill's 757 bus service. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–18:00, including public holidays.
