We understand your concern that your card was declined at the Fez counter and that you felt obliged to purchase additional insurance. We cannot determine from the review why the card was not accepted or which alternatives were offered. Please email your booking reference, card type and rental paperwork privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can review the transaction and explain the options that applied.
