On arrival at the airport, follow signs to the Air-Rail Link monorail and take it to Birmingham International train station. From the station, take the second set of escalators down to the ground floor, where the rental desk is on the left-hand side. Desk opening hours (local time): Mon–Fri 07:00–20:00; Sat 08:00–13:00; Sun 08:00–20:00. Public holidays: 08:00–13:00.
