I am Johan from Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. I am a student who was experiencing a car breakdown for a week but still needed to travel to many places. However, commuting by using the public transportation such as taxis would caused me exceeding my financial budgets. That led me to consider driving a rental car as a better solution.

Hence, I have chosen Green Matrix Car Rental service at the end of Feb 2020 for 6 days. That was my first time ever to deal with car rental service, and I would say the treatment provided by Mr Kamal El Asyeeq was professional, easy and comfortable. I would recommend Green Matrix based on five aspects :

1) Detailed Catalog Display.
- All will have fixed price attached to them based on our specified preferences. That will be the final one for the booking payment; no hidden charge such as service tax etc. All related costs are included in the price except the RM 300 deposit if the driver is 22 years old and below.

2) Easy Payment Method.
- The payment was done online and I received the confirmation of payment email less than half an hour, which was fast and convincing. So I will always know what is the status of my booking from time to time.

3) Punctuality.
- Mr Kamal was waiting at the stated location quite early than the appointed hour. Hence, the process of collecting and returning the car were not complicated as I expected, and it just consume less than 15 minutes.

4) Convenience.
- The Perodua Axia handed to me was very in a good condition, clean, smart and full tank. I felt proud to drive the new car during that period and I felt confident because I knew the car may not break down out of sudden.

5) Good Communication.
- Mr Kamal was easy to be approached through both calls and WhatsApps. He was easily reachable because he responded to my concern as soon as possible.

To all who are looking for a good substitute for a broken car, convenient transportation while enjoying holidays and good - conditioned vehicles for distanced travels, I would be proud to help you guys by recommending the best car rental service in Malaysia; Green Matrix.

Love this rental car company. The rates are very reasonable and the cars excellent condition. I rented a small car which was really economical on fuel and it helped to make my enjoyable 3 weeks holidays in Malaysia even better.
