ordered 3 pairs of working boots which…
ordered 3 pairs of working boots which they said they had in, only to be told they had only 2 pairs in my size and wanted to send me on the 2 pairs and a pair that was not my size!!! opted for total refund but they insisted on sending two pairs and refund me the difference, sitting here with no boots or refund. just wondering have i lost my money and are the a legit company

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced. We recently moved our stock to a new warehouse, which unfortunately led to a miscalculation in our inventory. As a result, we were unable to fulfill your entire order as initially requested. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be informed that we could only supply two pairs of boots in your size.
Upon learning about the inventory discrepancy, we provided two options: either a refund for the third pair or an alternate pair in a different size. The option for a refund for the third pair was selected, and I can confirm that this refund was processed promptly on our end.
Additionally, our records indicate that the order, consisting of the two pairs of boots in your size, was dispatched to the address provided and was delivered successfully four days after shipping.
We assure you that we are a legitimate company, and it is never our intention to leave any customer feeling uncertain about their purchase. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding.
