Disrespectful customer service

I had scheduled the insulation for the 3rd of July because that was the first and earliest schedule for insulation it was between 8 am 1 pm and I get my social security disability check on the 3rd of the month so I left a toothpaste document document telling the delivery installer to call my neighbor Ronald Richardson. And he will let him. To install the installation well when I get back from Walmart on the van I see the box that's very heavy and the battery is very heavy on the table and I asked Ronald Richardson do he know how to install it and why the delivery installation guy didn't set it up he said the installation guy said it on the table and took a picture and left and drop the paperwork on the front page on the front porch hey neighborhood like it was trash the instructions that I left from him so I called to get the insulation driver to come back and a lady named Elizabeth d i n z said she was the supervisor and she would not send him back out to do the insulation because Ronald Richardson my senior neighbor let him in and he signed the paper so I just want to let people know which you see they already have a bad rating about the customer service the supervisor was rude and disrespectful also and not considering seniors and they disabled a mobile abilities so I wanted to leave this leave this for future customers for Greenleaf Solutions and she told me there was nobody else I could talk to about the situation

A complete dishonest company

Please, please do not trust this company and give them your money. My son paid for solar installation but had to cancel work. That matter is now more than 1 month old and the company has yet not refunded him more than £3000. On top of that they don't even provide updates on when they will. He has had to write a letter before court claims to them. That's how dishonest and unprofessional this Company is.

Worst customer care, almost a scam with registered office

Worst customer care ever… Be very careful if you ever have to deal with this company.

I had recently(March 2024) got a quote and paid the deposit for solar installation. Due to some reason I had to cancel the work within 24 hours of paying them the deposit and was told by Henry I will get my full deposit back. I told them the money is from a loan and I would therefore like this to be prioritised so I don’t have to pay any penalties. However, until today I have not received my refund. All I have received are lies and false promises. Was told initially money will be transferred to my account but did not happen. Then was told they have sent a cheque which I have still not received. It’s way past the company’s 14 day refund policy and yet no updates from their accounts. Every time I call Henry he will not pick up the call and would just send a email to saying we are processing it. However nothing really materialises. Their reception is also not actually a reception as it is an outsourced department and therefore have no clue. All they can say is we have passed the information and someone will reply.

Please do not make the mistake I made and give money to this company. I can now just hope I will get my money.

You should be ashamed of your service GREENLEAF SOLAR.

Be careful before engaging this company.

Paid a substantial amount of deposit by Barclaycard for Solar Batteries on 29-9-23. Installation date of 29-11-23 was given after waiting 3 weeks. I contacted Green Leaf a week before installation was due to be told could not do that date. Another date was given. Received another excuse. A further date and another excuse. Finally sent a letter of complaint by registered post. To date nothing received. Have no faith in this company.
