We’ve just had a SIP extension fitted and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team were incredibly clean, professional, friendly and organised. Every stage of the build was clearly planned and communicated, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The workmanship is outstanding, the quality of the SIP installation is excellent and you can really see the care and attention to detail that went into it. They kept the site tidy throughout, always cleaned up at the end of each day, and were respectful of our home. What really stood out was how approachable and helpful everyone was. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer questions or explain the next steps. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high standards of work with such a friendly, organised approach. I would highly recommend GreenLeaf to anyone considering a SIP extension. I genuinely can’t believe they don’t already have five stars because they absolutely deserve it. If you’re thinking about using them, don’t hesitate. Fantastic service and a brilliant result!

Investing in this project was a significant decision for me. Initially, I felt quite apprehensive, but the team's positive engagement eased my concerns. They were open and transparent, addressing all my numerous questions with clarity. The construction phase proceeded seamlessly, showing great adaptability as it advanced and promptly resolving any issues that arose. Although there were minor discrepancies, such as the installation of a standard Cat5 cable instead of the specified armored network cable within plastic trunking, the team and I had an open and productive discussion about it. I opted not to replace the cable, accepting the difference in cost without revising the invoice, as the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. This was the sole reason for my 4-star rating instead of a perfect 5.

Really happy with the work done by Green Leaf Garden Buildings. They built a garden room for me and converted my garage into a usable room, all finished exactly as promised.
They were reliable, always turned up on time (even in bad weather), and kept everything tidy throughout. The team were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Would definitely recommend! Thank you !

This is the third summer house Green Leaf have built for me, I cannot praise there work enough, from start to finish nothing is to much trouble, there is no one better in my opinion.

We met to discuss my ideas and the different types of buildings we could install in the space, knowing the difficulty with the access and the groundworks that would come with a project of this size, I am happy to say that all fears, concerns, worries and complications were quickly addressed.

We chose Green Leaf to build our SIP extension, and right from the word go they have been brilliant. The office staff answered all of my questions and provided me with a comprehensive, individual quote based on my requirements.
The team actually started a few days earlier than planned (which was great), and they couldn't have been a nicer group. They worked so hard, they were efficient, everyone knew their role, they were super tidy and they left us with the most stunning new space for our home.
I cannot recommend Green Leaf enough.

Very pleased with the end result of our extension , we had a few problems along the way and our build time was a lot longer than expected but this was mainly due to building inspections, when this was sorted the building went up super fast and everything was sorted as required. A very helpful and friendly team ,would definitely recommend

From ordering my summerhouse to the installation process Green leaf are an excellent company to deal with.Can't praise Dan and Bobby enough for the standard and quality of their work.They built the summerhouse from scratch on the two hottest days of the year..and the end result is brilliant.So if you want a local company that is easy to deal with and provides a quality build then Greenleaf is a company I'd definatley recommend.

From the initial quote right through to completion of our single storey SIP extension, we were in safe hands. We were surprised by how fast everything was! Dan will go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy - he will suggest ideas, and alternatives, but will ultimately do whatever you ask for. He will answer all your questions. The team that did the build were a friendly crew; the office team were always patient and helpful when I asked for updates. We are very happy with our extension and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

100% recommend Green Leaf Garden Buildings 🍃 From my first contact with Ashley in the office through to the final day of the build she was so responsive and helpful to any questions or calls. Dan and the whole team are all fantastic. All friendly, polite, thoughtful and very hard working. I never felt like we were living on a building site, everything was ordered and tidy. The team planned and worked around our family. They worked flat out on one day to knock through and get plaster boards and dividing walls etc up when my kids were out the house at nursery to minimise any disruption. The construction of the SIP extension was so quick compared to a traditional brick extension. We’re really pleased with our new room, it’s warm, finished beautifully and we were able to start using it straight away. We love having the extra space for a proper dining area, home working space and family area, and how it flows from our existing rooms creating an open feel with defined zones. Thank you SO much for all your hard work!

My mom wanted a new verandah building to house utility items etc I came across SIP buildings on net and decided to go with GL Gardens Buildings. Everything went smoothly apart from the cutting of the brickslips which of course is out of Dan's control as we picked to have an old style brick cut. But it was sorted and happy to wait, couple of snags at end but Dan was happy to fix for us build is solid secure looks great and most of all my mom is happy 😊

Do not use this company

We hired Green Leaf Garden Buildings to construct us a large slip room garden room in October 2023.
At first Dan seemed very helpful, very knowledgeable and seemed to have a good reputation at face value.
We agree a design and price and paid 50% of the cost upfront for them to purchase the materials, And work started to commence.
Their time keeping was appalling throughout the build and they were cheeky and rude and asking us for more money of the purchase price half way through the build because they needed more money for materials.
We had agreed on a price for composite cladding. Half way through the build they tried to fob us off with wooden cladding, that quite frankly looked like a shed. However, the build was completed in composite and we paid the remaining money.
On inspection of the building, The end result was appalling. From the roof to the insulation, window trims, the list goes on!
We contacted Dan and asked him to come and rectify the problems, to which he told us the company had gone into liquidation ( this build was supposed to have a 10 year guarantee).
He agreed to come back and amand the problems. When he arrived, he didn’t have the materials he needed to rectify the problems. He attempted to rectify the roof but made it worse. Part of the room was already going mouldy, to which he simply changed a wooden panel. On telling him we were not happy with it he proceeded to raise his voice, to the point we asked him to leave our property.
We then had to hire someone else to rectify the problems. The roof had to be fixed in many ways including a brand new trim. Guttering had to be fixed as it had not been done. All of the internal walls had to be taken down, more supports put in, re-Insulated, ( loft insulation had been used instead of rock wool as we had paid for ) and re-plastered. The electrics had not been boxed off properly potentially letting in moisture.
The original build cost £25,000. For this we expected a perfect build that would last us for years. The additional cost to fix all the problems was £6000.
We took Green Leaf to court. We won the case! Unfortunately, because they claimed to have gone into liquidation, they have no assets to pay any money out to either us or their suppliers. However, they liquidated Green Leaf and re-opened as G L Garden Buildings immediately. They have never actually stopped trading. This company are nothing but a bunch of cowboys, who think shoddy workmanship is acceptable. They have no conscience whatsoever and no loyalty to their customers in any way. We have recently learned that we are not the only unfortunate customers to have been totally ripped off by this company. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WALK AWAY, LEAVING YOU WITH AN UNSATISFACTORY BUILD AND A GURANTEE THAT IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON.

Amazing experience working with Greenleaf, within a few weeks of being quoted the old mouldy extension was torn down and replaced with an amazing quality SIP extension which I appreciate wasn't an easy task.
They also put up a new fence and gate during the build to save time and hassle of calling someone else in. Professional guys, they kept me in the loop with what was going on. If I need a garden building in the future I will definitely go with these guys!
They're also pretty reasonable, they offered a better quality flooring because the laminate wouldn't fit - for the same price rather than fitting lino.

A superb experience from start to finish. Our extension was built exactly to our requirements. We had lots of questions and these were all answered quickly and professionally. Despite the weather not always being on our side, the build was completed within the week’s quoted time frame and completed to the highest of standards. All of the staff were professional and efficient throughout.
Lots of people have commented on how good the extension looks! We would whole-heartedly recommend this company.

Dan and his building team were fantastic. Could't believe they built my 5x3m garden house just in a few days. They had long drive to my place but still popped up in the early morning. They were professional and with good workmanship. The communication within the company was so good that they didn't make any mistake throughout the whole process. They could build exactly what I wanted. We were so happy for making the right choice. Can't recommend the team enough!

Our build has been a massive investment for me, and I'm surprised they didn't turn down the job as I had a 1000 questions, before even starting ... But I honestly can not recommend the whole team enough! They have all been fantastic, they are friendly & approachable, give honest opinions but ultimately make sure that you are happy with the build, from start to finish, they have gone above and beyond. After another company coming and building me a summer house and trying to rip me off. green leaf garden buildings 2 days later came and built one for me and WOW I love it! the guys have done a brilliant job! very quick service, reliable l, fits to preference would recommend to anyone.
