Unfortunately didn't work for me

I had a problem with the Smart Protein Capsules, which just gave me terrible IBS and diarrhoea. I emailed the company to request a refund and details for returning the product but didn't get a response. When I posted a negative review on Trust pilot I got a quick response. The return and refund were dealt with promptly. Returns are to the Netherlands, so cost over £14 from the UK. That's not refundable, so something to bear in mind.

I have sent many emails, to see if you respond so I can return a second bottle sent to me. I only purchased that one bottle. Please. reply with address soI can return whatever you are chosing to send me. cancel all subscriptions that you have me on.

I am unable to cancel an order which I did not agree to
This is a complete con. I am unable to cancel. Their website is impossible. Do not purchase unless you are sure you really want the product or like me you want to sample. You get dragged into repeating orders even if you don’t want it

Good products but side effects too bad for me.

The information given and the quality of the product is very good. Unfortunately the protein blend I bought didn’t agree with me and made me very dizzy and nauseous. I only took two days worth and have stopped taking it as the side effects were too bad. This was such as shame as I had high hopes for this.

Very good.

I bought from you for my daughter. She has IBS among other things and told me that the supplement is actually making her feel better. She does have a bit of trouble swallowing them though!

So another bad review as the company in…

So another bad review as the company in my opinion is a complete scam .. I wrote a review previously after being charged £69.00 for a bottle of the blends then noticed other sites were selling for £30 I got told they weren’t legitimate sites at fist then told it was my mistake as I had been charged for 2 bottles even though I did only order one plus I only received one bottle!! I tried contacting them to no avail for a return however once I left a poor review on trustpilot I got a reply stating they were sorry and refunding me the £39 for the additional bottle I didn’t receive but I still wanted to return the only bottle I had for a full refund ! Again after numerous attempts they eventually came back to me saying I could keep that bottle and did not need to return said purchase and give me the £30 refund that was left.. also asked me if I would amend the review on trustpilot.. A week later no refund and after 3 emails asking each one telling me no one can take my email I think they have now blocked me .. so DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!! Theo customer service is shocking am I am beyond furious I certainly will not be amending my review after this an hope others read before parting with Thor hard earned money 🥲

Purchased smart protein blend for my…

Purchased smart protein blend for my underactive thyroid . Saw lots of adverts saying this product would help with weight loss, energy etc. Ive tried numerous things since being diagnosed 8 years ago, more so for the weight problem and lack of energy. This product is a waste of £30. Bought it hoping for some improvement, nothing. Felt worse, if anything. I'm a big believer in finding what's right for you, everyone's different. But feel this product is just another herbal sale like all the others out there. The sad thing is, they are not cheap and Id really hoped for at least something to change. Will not be purchasing this or any other rubbish again.

Don't order from this company

I sent for one bottle but didn't subscribe because I wouldn't subscribe to something I had never tried before. But they went ahead and took out another 36.00 from my account!!! Plus every time I try to contact them it's a no go. No chance of contacting them! Alot of people on trust pilot feel the exact same and said they too didn't set up a subscription! Scammers
