Fast delivery and great customer service
I ordered a refurb laptop and it was dispatched the following day. The product was in excellent condition and exactly as descibed.
I replaced the internal M.2 NVMe with a 1Tb and during this I noticed there were some screws missing from one of the internal slots.
I sent an email and 2 days later had 4 missing screws delivered by courier !!
You can't beat that for customer service - well done GreenIT !!

Will delete or update this review if a fix is provided in an adequate timeline, but very disappointed right now. Currently logged a ticket 6 hours ago, waiting for a resolution.

Well,I ordered a Dell from Green IT on Thursday or Friday last week. It arrived yesterday,so very impressed with turnaround time.
I've only started using it,but so far,I'm very happy. Battery life is good and downloads were seamless (apart from Office 365 which took an hour,but this is apparently not uncommon). Would definitely recommend based on my experience so far.
