Almost a month since dispatch - No delivery, no updates
First alarm bell went off when I got an email to say that the products I seemed to be 'in stock' when I was paying for them suddenly were unavailable 2 days later. I got an email to say delivery would be delayed 2 weeks as a result.
Then got an email on the 5th of October saying my products were dispatched, but the tracker number attached keeps generating an error when clicking through.
I tried to send multiple messages via email and the website enquiry option with no response at all. Even tried to call the customer service number. The call goes into a queue for customer services and always disconnects at 5 mins and 15 seconds every time!
I am completely frustrated and have exhausted all avenues to get some update on this with no luck

Am not pleased with the experience as my order/parcel was not labelled correctly and therefore arrived too late to be of use.
I was assured the lamp bulbs would arrive within 3 - 4 days, and the box finally arrived 11 days later which was too late for the purpose.
Am very dissatisfied. Have emailed the company about this and received no reply.
I should add that the products when I did receive them were good quality but because of the poor service I will sadly not be ordering again.

1-month later - still no delivery
Hi Greenice - I hope this gets some attention as I've been calling and emailing your team to figure out where my order on the 7th of September is. Its been nearly a month and the last update I had from the shipping company and on your website was that the order was being held with Parcelforce because the "address is incorrect." Now I've spoken to your colleagues on the phone and confirmed that the address is perfectly correct and we both agreed that this made little sense. Your colleague informed me that they would speak with the courier but I never heard back (Monday 25th Sept.).
I've sent some emails and still nothing. If the item hasn't been delivered, can I at least have the £89 back? How much longer do you think it would be reasonable to wait for either a response or refund?

We recieved DAMAGED products from GreenIce
We ordered and pre-paid for 4 Solar-panels. BUT: When the products arrived, the package-box was damaged and so was the Solar-panels inside the box. Even the driver of the shipping company took photos and We took photos and sent a complete report w/ photos to Greenice, but Greenice have not solved the issue - yet. Its now one week ago and still no solution. Yesterday (14the September 2023) I sent a reminder e.mail. Still no response. Perculiar experience: Today I recieved an invitation to evaluate GreenIce, which is now done. The support seems "non-existing" and no feeling of responsibility. The people at GreenIce take no "ownership of customers' problems" which is correctly due to GreenIce's neglect of customer relations.

- on September 22. 2023 we recieved 2 new solar-panels as replacement for the 2 damaged panels we previously recieved. GreenIce replaced the damage and the order is now delivered.

Price was perfect for the lamp i ordered but shipping was twice more money than i pay lamp. Its ok still cheap anyway. But lamp cost was 6€ and shipping fee 13-14€ something, not big deal it came fast and is perfect.
Don't order, do yourself this favor!
First flag is when on the product page it says 24h delivery, but when at the checkout it says 48-72h.
Trying to address this, it comes the second flag: nobody is answering the phone, during business hours.
Trying CS online, it turns out there are only two ladies, passing myself from one to the other until nobody is available anymore: flag three.
Reading further reviews, it seems that those 2-3 days turn into a whole week, which is consistent with the usual transit times from Spain to Ireland, but why lie in the first place??
For me it's enough not to order.

I ordered a lamp with six bulbs through Greenice. The delivery was not within 48/72 hours, it was more than a week late, but that is not the biggest problem. I was delivered the wrong lamp that only has one bulb (although 8 bulbs were ordered together with the lamp). I contacted the customer service, from which they asked me to send pictures, which I did the same day - I sent pictures with an explanation, but I never received a reply, and three weeks have passed.
