INCREDIBLE is my 10-letter summation!
This was a big move for us to make bringing 3 (simple but important to us) websites, multiple domains, email addresses, etc., from my decades-long relationship with another web hosting company to our brand new hosting home @ GreenGeeks.
There is more to occur with everything (domains take days to transfer and there are some DNS settings that need to be updated once things have completed their transfer into GreenGeeks' hands).
It was a busy and kind of scary weekend for us as things were shifted and we learned many new things from GreenGeeks excellent and supportive Tech Team(s).
And, that's my basic message: GreenGeeks has incredible products and pricing - backed-up by excellent and supportive Tech Team(s)!
Who in this oftentimes impersonal Tech-world that we are immersed within could ask for anything more?
Not me.

Been with GreenGeeks almost 8 years now.
I never had a problem in this period. If there something i needed online chat with support solve most of issues. Uptime on servers is 99% good for my business.

I thought that something really, really bad had happened to my ability to get my email. Luckily the rep at GG was quite calm about the whole thing and explained what had happened and bot only how to fix it, but actually went in and fixed it for me.

I don't update my site often, but when I do I use an ftp program, because I find it easy for me. Recently, I could not get it to work and reached out to GreenGeeks to find out why. It seems there's new protocol, and me, not being really tech savy, have to do a bunch of things to get it to work. I did try, but time running short I used Control Panel (a real pain to me) just to get it updated. Not GG's fault, just something I now have to learn and configure so I can use my ftp program. So far, GreenGeeks have been great to work with. I really can't complain and the tech stayed with me all during the chat/fix/configure episode and also sent me a site to help me configure the ftp. I will do that at a later time, but for now, all is good. Nice to know you can actually get a "real person" to guide/help when times call for it. All smiles here!

I have been with GreenGeeks for over 10 years, and after several years trying to fit with a great hosting service, I have never been anything but 110% happy with the service that GreenGeeks provides.
Any questions I have, they'll answer, if I need a bit more time to pay, they'll sort it. They are reliable, I've never had any downtime issues, and their cPanel has so much stuff!
Now that I'm getting into further serious personal business, having a solid site and backing that I trust, I'm thrilled to recommend GreenGeeks to anyone who will listen!

If u contact the support they aswer really fast, best so far, the ithers i had tooke several time before they answered my questions and though i'm swedish i understood everything they told me.
The green think of green geeks fits my own company really well since im thinking green with my webb code.
