As advertised

Ordered a subframe from green gears and was skeptical because of some reviews but it was the only place I could find it so I went ahead and ordered. It was processed and delivered within the time they said. As well as free shipping! Would recommend

I placed an order six days ago

I placed an order six days ago. I went to check the shipping status today after wondering what's taking so long for it to arrive...it hasn't even been shipped yet.

My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs.

For context, all orders typically take 2–3 business days to process, as every part must pass a full inspection before being shipped. If a part fails inspection, we have to pull another one, which can extend the timeline.

In your case, the part you ordered — a 2001-2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse Gas Tank Fuel Filler Neck Fill Pipe (Genuine OEM) — is a particularly difficult component to remove. It often involves working around rusted fittings, corroded bolts, and sometimes even lowering the gas tank. These complications can make the process slower than expected, and unfortunately, we were unable to complete it in a timeframe that was fair to you.

We understand how important timely delivery is and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your refund has already been processed, and you should see it reflected in your account shortly.

15 days before they shipped it

The part wasn't sent out for over two weeks, and then on top of that FedEx took 7-8 days even though they say it's always 3-5 days. I wish I'd bought it elsewhere. (The part was ok, once I'd finally received it)

To explain, every used part we sell goes through a thorough inspection process before being shipped. In some cases, especially when a part needs to be pulled from a vehicle, that process can take longer than expected — particularly if we run into issues like rusted bolts, corroded fittings, or the need to locate an alternative part if the first one doesn’t pass inspection. While our standard processing time is 2–3 business days, there are unfortunately times when it takes longer.

On top of that, we understand the added frustration with FedEx delays. While shipping times are unfortunately outside our direct control, we do our best to provide accurate estimates and work with carriers to minimize these situations.

Wrong part bad service.

Wrong part, badly packaged, however the part was undamaged when it arrived. Had to box it properly to send back. They took close two months of consistent emails before I got a message back then I was refunded.

Package was delayed two weeks. Part in good condition.

I ordered an electric power steering pump for my altima for a pretty good price. After a week, I noticed my part had not been shipped yet, so I reached out to greengears and they responded promptly, letting me know they would get back to me.

Once two weeks passed, I had to contact greengears once more because I never received an update on my package. They responded promply again and ensured that they would ship out the package by end of day - which they did.

The part arrived in good condition and works well. It was unfortunate that I to contact greengears twice to get my part shipped out because I'm not sure how long it would have taken otherwise. Besides that, I appreciate that the staff always responded quickly and took the time to resolve the issue.

The product was in worse condition than my original part

The head that was shipped to me was in worse condition than the one I pulled off and was not in operational condition it had 3 stuck valves and looked nothing like the pictures as far as condition goes

The part I ordered arrived (finally!) and it is in great shape but make sure you don't have a customer waiting for it as it took 3 weeks to get with almost no updates from the business. Overall I am happy with the product.

Ordered a used rear subframe for my vehicle. The part came well packaged and in good shape with bushings in good shape and the subframe itself. The price wasn't too bad, the customer service department actually got back with me about a delivery time frame, and all-in-all I would buy from them again.
