Great picnic backpack for two, used it on the 1st weekend out, doing dog training.

I was very pleased the quality of this insulated bag. This was my first under with this company, their website was easy and delivery fine. Thank you Greenfield.

I planned to buy some gift for some friends berthday party, I bought some items from green field collection. Unfortunately I received damaged item, I explained with email to the costumer services immediately, but after one week there is not responding at all. Price it doesn't matter but it's really shameful.

I was so pleased to find the wine cool bag on this website. It came promptly and was exactly as described. A very positive experience.

Really terrible customer service. No response from Greenfield after several emails. I ended up phoning them as no one responded to me. The delivery company auto selected the wrong address and when I realised what had happened I contacted Greenfield straight away to rearrange the delivery (before it was dispatched)- no response. Now we don't have a picnic backpack for this weekend and my children are thoroughly disappointed.

I found the chairs I was looking for at a great price. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout smooth. Delivery was quick and as it was DPD, I was assured that the delivery service would be good too. I would use Greenfield again

Fast delivery,perfect size for us two in the car when travelling and seems very sturdy! Our tall flask just fits in! And looks very stylish!

Easily fits 2 bottles of wine. Good quality fabric. Wine glasses are ok but will be replacing with 2 glass ones.

ordered a flask as a replacement for our flask and mug picnick set, original order arrived very quickly but unfornately was damaged (dented lid and base). Customer service were very good and sent a replacement flask, however, once again the flask was damaged (dented lid). informed customer service but still awaiting a resolution.

Very fast delivery, within 2 days, and on the occasion I needed to contact Greenfield, the customer service and follow up was excellent. And the item I purchased was 15% cheaper than the same item on Amazon.

Great product and fast delivery . Paid for express delivery and needed next day as needed the product for a trip I had planned . Unfortunately one of the products arrived cracked and I emailed the customer services address . Didn’t receive any response or acknowledgment to either email so I called the customer service number . It appears this has been outsourced to a ZENDESK EMAIL amd they hadn’t received the emails I sent apparently. It took a while to resolve the issue on the call due to communication challenges but eventually resolved and replacement product received next day ! All good other than the customer service helpline and email and aftercare ! My initial contact with the company without speaking to the help desk was amazing when a charming young man rang me back in response to my questions : that’s why I bought the product . Difference between chalk and cheese experiences !
