We visited Alhaurin Golf Club and they told us the course was closed for the day due to thunderstorms. Nobody played on the course and they will confirm that to you.
Basically you are calling us liers and going to keep the money anyway.
We could not take up a deferred date as we had run out of days of our holiday.
We will take this up further if you do not resolve this issue by the beginning of next week.

Total scam do not use this company
Booked a 10am tee time via their website and paid for the round. Informed next day by Greenfee365 the tee time wasn’t available. They offered an alternative time which I couldn’t make. All communications appear to be automated and final message was that my booking was cancelled. Sent several follow ups asking for a refund and they’ve gone quiet on me. I’m based in the UK and didn’t realise the firm is based in Sweden, which makes getting my money back more complicated. Noticed the cancellation date on the order confirmation is August 2024…I booked in March 2025. It’s either a complete scam or very poorly run business trying to make money on false promises.

Please give me strength
I never do this as I hate people calling companies out if they haven't tried to get a reponse but I have tried everything. We have written 4 times in differents ways to get a reponse, email , message, messenger - absolutely no reponse yet took £1500 even though it said it would only take card details. I have no idea if this is a scam please tell me how to get a reponse if it isn;t as contacting someone 4 times when we have just spent £1500 is unacceptable - . I ordered green fee for a golf course in Spain and it was cancelled but my money was not returned even though my correspondence with their customer service told me so. After i waited a couple of days still no payment to be seen i have contacted them several time but no answer..

Great service at good price point (with cash back)
There were some complications with the booking initially but the Customer Service team really stepped up and helped ensure everything was sorted. They went as far as contacting the golf club on my behalf to reorganise the dates / times & buggies. Also great price with the promo code and also use of TopCashBack. Thank you.

Paid for buggy but not booked!
Turned up at El Plantio golf and found no buggy booked despite me paying €160 for two ball and shared buggy. No replies from customer service and now worried about next booking on Monday. Plus course direct cost some €35 less (€125 against €160) so can’t see benefit of using greenfee365 again!
