I placed two orders and paid online in advance with Greenery Nursery.
Peach plant: Never delivered.
Apple plant:Delivered damaged; return requested through their website, but no pickup/refund has been processed.
Despite repeated attempts through WhatsApp, phone and email, there has been no meaningful response.
Very disappointing experience. Payment was taken online, but getting a resolution is extremely difficult. I would advise customers to be cautious with prepaid orders.
