A very good service from start to finish, on site surveyor was very knowledgeable and explained all savings and workings of system. They dealt with the DNO check with SSE making it an easy process for myself. Once the job was arranged it was done on time and the guys on site were very polite, knowledgeable, explained the system and answered all questions I had.

Just had solar and heat pump installed, excellent service from both office staff and installers. When speaking to Laura on the follow up call she was helpful and knowledgeable with her advice on the product.

Very efficient and professional service from initial home visit and quotation with Joe, through communications from Sean and the team about the installation of solar panels and batteries, then follow-ups from Laura to ensure I was happy with everything post-installation. Happy to recommend.

Very professional service before, during and after my ASHP installation. They also smoothed the process of my application for the Home Energy Scotland grant and loan. The house is warm (granted it is mid-summer) and my energy bills are the lowest they have ever been.

Updated in October to say that temperatures are cooler now and the ASPH is still performing very well. My house is warmer than it ever used to be with my previous gas combi boiler, and my bills are lower, despite the October energy price hike. (I should mention that I already had solar panels and battery storage, and I'm able to use these to take advantage of the Octopus Cosy tariff to reduce my bills.)

Already had an air source heat pump and PV panels fitted by another company and asked Green Energy Group for a quote to supply and fit a 5Kw battery and inverter. Was quoted 5k, but if I ordered a 10Kw battery that day, it would only cost 7.5k. This kind of pressure sales technique is not allowed. I ended up getting a 10Kw battery and inverter from Soly. Cost was just over 5k and products are made in the UK. Did some research on the Green Energy Company products and they are Chinese in origin and we all know how cheap Chinese products are. I suspect Green Energy Company have put quite a mark up on the prices while everyone is buying renewables before the price eventually drops.

Arrived as planned and excellent job.

So far contact with this company has been first class. The gentlemen that installed the battery were professional, kindly and they coped with a difficult run of cable in good grace. Subsequently an TP link had to be installed and again done well. There was a little blip with the phone app and customer services sorted that out. All the ladies I have spoken with, including Laura, have been very helpful and courteous. Just a pity the TP plug could not be installed on first visit - would save company time and money if they were carried just in case.

I had done a lot of research into Solar before reaching out but still had some questions for the team, and the sales adviser Munro was very helpful.

Install team - both the electricians Andy and Calum where on point very neat and full of information that I needed when the install was going ahead, a pleasure having them complete the work and answer all the questions I had.

The roofing team where fast and did a neat job and also went through some of the details about the panel and layout for me.

The scaffolders where very quick and careful, they even asked if I could move a plant in the garden so they would not crush it!

All in all great, and the panels on a good day ( 12 ) of them can give up to 6.4kWh, really happy with the eco flow power ocean and app so far, and being a software guy have even signed up to the developer API.

Octopus Energy also happy with and sign up for their API, so I can build out a data set of my own.

If I have the initial budget I would have gone for one more battery, however the power ocean is modular so I will be in touch in the future for an add on, perhaps two.

Paid a £500 deposit on the 17/04/25 fully refundable if you change your mind after our hard sell when you rep gets comfy on our sofa.
So 2 days later we change our minds on the air source heat pump its now 03/06/25.
We have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund so return my money now or I will contact the trading standards.

Just had Solar Panels and battery storage installed by Greener Energy and the experience was seemless from start to finish- we're very happy with the quality of the product and workmanship.
The saleperson, installers and customer service (Laura) people were very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive throughout the process.

From start to finish each member of the team we spoke to was helpful and professional. Phone support from Laura and the office team was exceptional, and they were very patient with our queries. We feel that continued support will always be available and it is not a case of job done.
The installation of the heat pump, pipes and radiators was in our case quite tricky, but we were always consulted about the decisions that had to be made, and bringing in the specialist joiner gave us extra support and confidence. All in all this was a highly efficient operation and we are delighted with the result. The real test of course comes with the next Highland winter! ...but here's hoping. Our thanks to all.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team were professional, efficient, polite and tidy. Laura in the office checked in with us regularly prior to the work being started and post completion to ensure we were happy with our new air source heat pump. We notice a more efficient heating of our house after deciding to change from gas central heating to air source heat pump and would definitely recommend the greener energy company.
