Took advance for installing solar… Disappered with money

Took advance for installing solar panels and disappered without any contact. After months received an email with below message from Titia Boonstra & Sam Abdelhamid.

It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you that our company has run into difficulties and we are forced to close all business activities.

The reasons for this are:
No installers available who can deliver good quality work
Products are difficult to deliver, as a result of which installations cannot be (fully) carried out
Not enough staff in the office
High pressure of debts created during Covid-19

Received a funny letter from FacilyLaw with its practitioner Jean-Paul Buijs stating they will refund 17 (yes Seventeen) euros for the 1900 euros I paid and asked me to settle.

Complete fraudsters.
