Absolutely stunning tree and excellent communication/ delivery service including the pick up! We knew exactly when our driver was going to arrive which was super helpful! Look forward to getting another one this year!

Really gorgeous tree, best we have ever had. It shed a few needles at the start but then kept them all until the end. From beg of dec to january. Delivery was really helpful. Will def use again.

On the day of delivery, I could track where my tree was, allowing me to accurate plan my delivery time. We love that this company values social and environmental responsibility. Green Elf Trees is spectacular! I have ordered trees from them for the past two years and both times my trees were perfect. The fact that they support so many worthy charities as well as the arts community makes ordering from Green Elf a very easy decision to make.

We chose to order our tree from Green Elf again after a great experience last year. We cannot fault the service. The tree is excellent quality and was delivered on our chosen date. Pre-delivery communication was great and we found the real time tracking system used was helpful as we knew exactly when to expect the delivery. Our delivery driver was very polite and friendly. We would definitely recommend!

The selection of trees was good and they accommodated a specific delivery date to the school with no issue. There was a reminder the day before about the delivery and on the day itself the tree could be tracked. The school are very pleased with their tree! No hesitation in recommending Green Elf Trees

Just received our tree today for the second year. We chose this company during COVID to help out and we were really happy with the tree so we were delighted to see them back this year. Fantastic shape and quality, delivery process really easy and exactly as planned.

Excellent service and beautiful sustainable Christmas tree that lasted intact throughout the festivities. We also used their responsible tree collection, which was easy to arrange, mess-free and punctual. Ultimately, their work and commitment in employing out of work musicians and entertainers during the covid difficult times for their deliveries and donation to chosen charities when an order is placed, were the decisive factors for us to choose them. We have been delighted!
