The beers are excellent but delivery service is poor. Had numerous orders go astray at delivery agents depots (either "lost" or "damaged" - yeah right, pull the other one), but things have reached an all time low now they have switched from DHL to Yodel. Yodel have decided that it is acceptable to deliver to any random address of their chosing rather than the address on the box, assuming they decide to deliver at all. Getting GK involved will get the problem solved eventually, but blimey is it slow. No simple phone call, needs a long winded email, then just sit there and wait (probably caused by all the other orders "mislaid" by Yodel that need investigating). I used to be a very happy subscriber, but not any more. If they persist in using these clowns to deliver their products then it's time to close my account and buy elsehere.
Avoid like the plague there's no phone line customer care only email upto 48hrs to reply
I ordered Friday 09/06/23 and still waiting to be shipped 14/06/23, update delivered Fri 16/06/23 a full week after ordering i paid £6 for DPD express next day delivery, it's a joke although i am not laughing, there are far better and far more reliable online suppliers
Great when all goes well. A nightmare if you have an issue. Customer services are non existent. Waiting 13 days for an express order, gave up and asked for a refund. No phone line to customer services, you have to email and hope. Then, if you chase them up it's regarded as a new query and you go to the back of the queue! Crazy but true. Buy it from the supermarket.
