I'm a victim of fraud and a victim of denial of consumer protection from the government agency who suppose to protect American consumers
If been trying to get $1900 of school funds that was fraudulently taken out my account by ex-partner who knows all my information when I didn't receive my go2bank debit card I contacted western governor university and they informed that the was already sent togo2bank so I contacted their customer service using my social it showed that $1900 was removed out of my account I immediately requested a freeze on the account and the balance mailed to me which took 9 months and no documentation to turn over to the authorities but repeatedly requested for a failed attempt of a police report due to no documentations but enformed Federal reserve regulators that they did send me documents and closed my case I'm trying to understand how in this day and time a bank who responsible for protecting consumers funds and federal reserve regulators close their investigation without any detailed information to tell me why I can't believe i have to take the $1900 as a lost as i dont know what else to do after about a year of disrespect, and denial .
