Greenco have been very helpful. They have assisted with maintenance where needed and are not intrusive of your home. It's nice to know you can go about your life and worry about other things rather than worrying about the roof over your head.

Greenco is very responsive and professional.

Maintenance team are poor and un- organized. From experience we have had to chase for weeks when something has gone wrong. When the work is being carried out - it takes far too long. They don't have any sort of follow up team or calls put in place if a lot of work has been done. The team the company hire do the maintenance in the properties is very poor, the customer service from within the office is poor and there is total lack of flexibility.
The date of experience is not correct as it is every time we call we have a bad experience.

Greenco is a trustworthy and attentive property management company. It acts as an amazing middleman between the owner and tenant. Greenco helps me to collect rent remotely and timely without fail, and when there are any issues or requests from the tenants, or if any property needs maintenance or repairing, Greenco informs me automatically and is very careful with follow-ups. Greenco also helps me do routine check-ups on the house to make sure everything is proper and compliant to government regulations. Strongly recommend.

Lucy and Megan were amazing during the whole rental process from the viewing right down to the signing of the agreement. Greenco properties is highly recommended.

Fairly poor service from the start to finish (been renting from them for 3+ years). Office seems to be much more vigilant in chasing rent (late by 1 day) and sending section 21 rent increases than attending to repairs that’s been logged for 2+ months. Shows bo care for their long term, high rent paying tenants. Would not do business with them again after this tenancy.

Very disappointing service. No hot water supply when we moved in. We did not have a properly functioned gas metre which showed no reading, leading to an overcharge of gas bill. We repeatedly asked for inital gas metre reading but did not get any reply from greenco for half a year. No reply to our email or text message. Not helpful at all.
