DO NOT USE OR TRUST. Bought washing machine which never turned up! Paid via Klarna. I’ve had to chase Teqex up to find out where my item was. They said they were “in the process” of cancelling the order and neglected to tell me this. Same story 2 days later! Surely, it takes one click to cancel their end. Told me Klarna will refund me. Klarna know nothing about the cancellation or my item not arriving so cannot refund. Having to go through FRAUD department at bank now to get my money back. Company very sketchy and bank NOT AWARE of them! AVOID!! Website looks very unprofessional and unclear what company actually do or specialise in.

Although our purchase requirements were small, nothing was too much trouble.

Outstanding service and products! We ordered one of the fabulous light cubes from Teqex for an Expo we recently attended, and it really did complete our stand! The product is fantastic, eye catching and unique, and definitely brought attention to us - we love it! The service provided from staff start to finish was second to none- faultless. Speedy design and delivery time on the product as well! We will 100 percent be re ordering and would highly recommended to others to use Teqex.

Had a wonderful experience working with Teqex. Highly cooperative team especially Deanna and Jake.

We dont usually work with suppliers and mainly getting everything from other Online resources however, due to shortages and rip off prices on equipment we wanted online we have decided to contact Teqex and couple more suppliers. Teqex not only came first with the offer but also approx. £800 cheaper then competitors. BIg thanks to Jake for efficient processing of the order.

Following an issue with delivery by a third party, my email correspondence with Deanna at Teqex was prompt, efficient and friendly in it's nature and continued in this manner from processing re-delivery of our order until reaching its' proper final destination. Deanna offered a 5 star service!

I have been dealing with Teqex for many years and although their prices are always competitive it is the customer services that really shines. Leah especially is always helpful and goes the extra mile to get the required products.

Fast, reliable service.

I always get very prompt and excellent service from Teqex. Nothing is too small or too large. They are that reliable that I wouldn't go anywhere else and I order for a large organisation.

I tried to order headsets but they sent me an email to say that they can't supply to NI. Very disappointed.
