Terrible bad client support
Unfortunately, the company is not recommendable. Support is not responding to emails. I have been writing e-mails to global greencell support for a month now and receive no reply. Moreover, not even their own distributor can contact them.
It was the first and last purchase of greencell equipment for our server room

I find Green Cell to be a fully trustworthy supplier. I was seeking a battery for my laptop but unfortunately they informed me that they no longer manufacture that type, but at least the correspondence was swift, polite, and did not lead me astray like several other suppliers.

Bad and dangerous macbook chargers. Mine was 3 month old when it made a couple of crackeling sounds and then blew some real smoke. I have never experienced anything like this.

I recently bought a Green Cell Ultra battery for an HP Laptop with double the market price . The actual mAh of the battery is well below the mAh advertised for the battery . After 1 week of usage and 1 recharge cycle now battery takes only 97% of initial capacity. I expect a good quality from ultra range but got bad quality product with a high price .... Guarantee is pretty much useless..... This is first and last purchase .. Never again

Green Cell fails to assist
Green Cell returned conflicting messages concerning the same problem, in their replies to a first and to a second customer e-mail. In the end, I was left with no assistance to a malfunctioning experience with a Green Cell replacement battery for a Apple Macbook. I didn't require reimbursement, which I may obtain from the vendor Amazon.de, but the manufacturer technical assistance, and only ultimately a replacement. The first e-mail received advised the return, while the second informed the absence of product stock, advising me to contact the retailer. The communication was friendly but what is of the most importance has been all very disappointing.
