From visit to our door asking if we would like to discuss new double glazing installed to placing an order with Derek who took time to show all the company had to offer. We were really happy with the range of options and we happily agreed on the windows and doors we liked. Then Tommy arrived soon after to meticulously measure all our window and door spaces. Each and every person that got us to that stage could not have been any nicer and the whole journey was reassuring and straightforward.
Then the installers arrived.
John and Stevie were amazing.
They worked so hard and they were friendly, tidied as they went from room to room and were a credit to the company
We're absolutely delighted with the job they completed and we are getting comments on how lovely the windows and doors look. We highly recommend the company and their team from start to finish were excellent.

Made initial enquiry today about new windows and back door. Chris Gosling lovely bloke came out to do initial measuring up and discuss preferences. Professional manner and very informative. Very open and honest conversation and super trustworthy!
Was planning on getting a few quotes but felt very at ease and comfortable, trusted my gut and decided to go with GreenCastle today!

Very helpful customer service!

We had an amazing experience with this company. We purchased windows and a door and they are absolutely stunning. The two men that fitted them for us was called cliff and Jordan. They were fantastic. They were both lovely guys. So polite, nice and very clean. Nothing was a bother for them. They would clean up everything once they were finished for the day and done an amazing job for us. We would highly recommend green castle windows for the price and for the windows and doors. We would also highly recommend cliff and Jordan to do the job. 10/10. Robert and Linda Macgregor. Thurso. We would also like to say that when we phoned the company for anything there was a lovely lady called Ava that helped me with everything and was very nice and polite on the phone. Very good service. It took 12 months to finally resolve the issues with my window installation. The communication from the company was appalling
and the attitude of the MD leaves a lot to be desired.
The job was finally completed today in the morning and within hours they were on the phone asking for the balance of payment and that they would let me off for £200 for my inconvenience.
To give them some credit the team that did the initial installation were excellent, it wasn’t their fault that the wrong window was ordered (twice!) or that one of the gazing panels was broken. But 12 months to rectify the problem is an absolute joke and they don’t seem to care.

100% happy and Swindon time my mum used this used Greencastke, Derek this time showed her samples and explained differences for the front door.

Initial review (one we were basically persuaded to do before receiving the doors) : I was with my grandparents when Derek came out to measure and show them doors. We cannot fault Derek, he had a nice manner and great attitude. Now to wait and see what the finished product will be like! 😊

The aftermath, (Proper review): Several months later and eventually my grandparents received their doors. The doors are great but the customer service and after care is absolutely shocking and disgraceful. My nanny has been in contact several times regarding getting a part fixed for one of the doors. There has been a lot of back and forth and a huge amount of excuses and lies. One appointment was made…no one turned up. When Greencastle were contacted they lied and said they had called to say that it was cancelled (my nanny had received no calls and had been in the house all day waiting for this appointment!!) Anyway, they then rescheduled another one and the woman said Tommy would be coming the next Thursday… yet again, my grandparents have been let down. It’s utterly ridiculous and appalling the way that you deal with customers. So after yet again being let down yesterday, my grandparents contacted green castle but they did not answer. Today my grandparents finally managed to get through to them when they called and asked to speak to a manager, however, were told that the manager was not present.
Please consider this review when making the decision to get doors or windows with this company as I feel that it only has nearly five stars as the likes of the salesman Derek is VERY persistent about reviewing the company, yes he was kind and nice to our face but it can be very uncomfortable when someone is trying to push you to do a review. It’s a shame that it has been dealt with like this, please make a change to your customer service and aftercare.

Whilst being undecided on what new doors to order, I had a very good experience with Chris Gosling from Green Castle Home improvements.

From first visit with showing all options, to returning with colour samples, keeping in contact through the choosing process and returning to place the order offering payment options if required, customer service and all information has been fantastic.

Brilliant service so far and will update once door is installed.

Derek has now been here now to see us 3 times, as we have done in stages cheerful helpful and nothing has been too much, his very polite manor has put us at ease and very well trusted. Company have been top notch and fitting team have been brilliant. Cleaned up and windows and doors look amazing

Had chris round today, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Made us feel very comfortable and wasn't a pushy salesman

Highly recommend this company. The guys were great, very friendly. They did an excellent job and left everything neat and tidy. The windows and door looks great.

Been waiting 3 months for Greencastle to resolve a number of installation issues with front door, frame and side panel. Certainly not living up to their contract "to provide an excellent level of service".

Derek was extremely helpful and efficient, helping myself and my nan and guiding us through the entire process as it was something entirely new to us. He made sure that it was all easy to understand, even bringing along a sample with him to explain what the new windows will provide. He was just a generally nice and friendly guy.

Derek was very helpful and friendly. Showed us loads of samples. The prices were extremely reasonable especially for what we were after.
