Great costumer service!
I ordered the aster&bay hemp jelly cleansing concentrait and the face grains. I later got an email that the face grains wouldn't be able to get delivered so instead the gave me the product without packaging (that they used for photos) for free and returned the money I originally payed for that product. The hemp cleansing jelly also had a problem. The ingredients were completely separated (probably from the recent heat wave) and even when mixed it stayed liquid and would separate again. I sent the company a message on IG with a short video showing the texture and they immediately told me they'd send me a new one (for free)! It arrived 2 days ago and the new product was completely fine. So while there were some problems with my first order, they handled it really well! The products have amazing ingredients and while I'm not always a fan of all green (luxury) beauty products, I very much enjoyed these. I got them on sale, but the ingredients are very good and from the packaging to the texture and experience it's great and feels luxurious! So definitely worth the (full) price. I would definitely recommend taking a look at their products as these deserve the name of good green beauty.

I ordered Egyptian Magic Cream and the next day I got an e-mail it was shipped to me. Then the day after that I get a message it is out of stock. It took 5 days to get the money back on my account after purchase. I ordered the cream elsewhere and from this other webshop I received the item the next day.

I was even more happy - touched indeed - by reading the nice words on the personalized post card and excited to discover the samples ! I have already adopted the Nurture perfume ;P

I truly appreciate Greenbeauty Market's selection of ethical brands, and I have been looking for a place giving better access to clean skin care, make-up etc. which this website definitely offers! Also, they mark their products with labels such as 'vegan', 'organic' 'clean', 'cruelty free' and so on, making it easier for the consumer to make an informed decision, - I do find that most of their products are cruelty free and vegan though, but make sure to check;)) Furthermore, being able to see the full ingredient list is a must for me, so I appreciate how this is completely exposed on their page. Would recommend, we need more ethical companies like Greenbeauty Market!

I know how I got 'ere, dunno bout' the rest of ya but me and my sensitive skin need to go chemicals free. Also as someone who doesn't mind to splurge ma hard earned coins on cosmetics that I know are gon' do summ good, bein' the skincare junkie I am, MAN Do I HAve appreciation for the variety these guys provide. From moderately cheap (I'd call the prices fair) all the way to that high end stuff like Wildcrafted organics, makes a sis feel like "yeah, finally range I can choose from"..cuz' be honest, we all be wearin' those luxury serums under 12€ creams from time to time. The fact that they list it all under marks such as "organic", "clean", "vegan" etc. makes it so much easier to browse while not havin' to double check it all. You can see the time investment in this website, soul they had poured into it. Also the personal touch to most of the decriptions? ~~~"Honey, it is time to remove those dead skin cells and kickstart your skin."~~~ LOVE IT, call me easy idfc. Thanks for introducing me the beauty of Aster & Bay, tulsi spot treatment 's a baNGER! 12/10. Hope y'all ship outside of Benelux too cuz' Imma keep on buyin' from ya.
