Ordered my plants excited on the promise of fast home delivery as I was home these days . After a couple days I needed to send them a mail as why I didn't any updates concerning the delivery. Customer service reacted quickly but with the weekend I had to wait until Monday to have more information. A week later, the plants were delivered but as I only knew the morning what time delivery would be, I lost a whole day of my weekend.
The plants were really good and well preserved in the box, the fake plant was a disappointment and not like on the description but a return would create to much hassle at own cost.

Very good experience. Loved the feature that enables the buyer to request a picture of the XL plant through whatsapp and receive it instantly! The delivery was very smooth and quick. The plant came in a nice box and was exactly like in the picture

Very helpful service. Delivery was fast and neatly handled. I forgot to include the note with a return, but after contacting customer service, it was quickly and properly resolved. I would definitely recommend them.

Everything as expected. I like the idea about the personal plantshopper. It works great and i received exactly the plant I wanted (Ficus Lyrata 190cm).

The difference between the plant I received and the one in the photo on the website was too great. I understand that every plant is unique, but this was disproportionate. The plant on the website was clearly older (with a stem twice as thick) and much fuller at the top. I also felt completely misunderstood via email. I bought this tree because of the beautiful thick stems, so you expect to see at least something similar. This is the last time I’ll be buying a plant from here.

This was my second large plant from Green Bubble. Everything is fantastic.

Wish I read the negative reviews before ordering a very expensive XXL strelizia Reginae with them.
The plant they sent me was sick due to mealybugs deep between the roots. This was not directly visible so I could not make a claim in time. Now they refuse to do anything as the 14 days have passed.
My advice: don’t buy these expensive plants online with this company!
It is smart of them to send the requests for reviews directly after the delivery. That process they manage well and potential issues only come up later. At the time a problem arises they are apparently not willing to take responsibility for sending a sick plant.
Do not buy here!

I ordered two Strelitzia reginae plants and was genuinely impressed by the entire experience.
The quality of the plants, the price-performance ratio, and the care taken in packaging and delivery were all excellent.

What stood out in particular was the personal touch: I received photos of the actual plants via WhatsApp beforehand and could choose the ones I preferred – a service I really appreciated.

I’ll definitely be ordering from this shop again.

I ordered a Calathea from Greenbubble that was supposed to be 70 cm tall. What I received was barely 60 cm, pot included — more than 10 cm shorter than advertised. This is not a minor variation, especially considering the price difference between sizes.

To make matters worse, I waited over two and a half weeks to receive the plant — with no updates from Greenbubble whatsoever. I had to contact them multiple times before they finally processed and shipped my order. This level of communication is completely unacceptable.

When I complained about the size discrepancy, customer service responded by saying that “plants are living things” and that size variation is normal. That kind of answer is both lazy and dismissive. I fully understand that plants grow, but when you advertise a specific size and charge accordingly, the customer is entitled to receive what they paid for — not a significantly smaller version with a canned excuse.

Greenbubble’s handling of this order shows a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and care for the customer. They take your money, go silent, and when you raise legitimate concerns, they respond with excuses instead of solutions.

I will absolutely not be ordering from them again, and I strongly recommend others to think twice. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect support — only delays and deflection.

A very nice way of ordering. Through photos I selected the plant I wanted and it matched what I received at home. The plant looks beautiful in my living room. Very happy with it!

Received the plant as chosen from the options provided. Great service overall. Only minor thing is that free offered plant nutrition was not included in the delivery (promised as part of ordering within an hour of requesting options)

The process went super smoothly! Ordering plants online always makes me a bit nervous because you usually don’t know exactly what you’re going to get. I was looking for a large (and therefore more expensive) tree and had a lot of doubts because I wanted a specific shape. So I was really happy to discover that you can choose the exact plant here. Through their WhatsApp service, I received photos of the available trees and was able to pick one. After placing the order I could specify exactly which tree I wanted via a form in the Whatsapp (which links your order to the selected tree)

Each time, I received quick confirmation, and after a few days, I was given a time slot for delivery. The delivery was right on time, and the tree was well packaged. It was the exact one I had selected from the photos and arrived without any damage. After a little over a week, I can also say the tree barely experienced any shock and is healthy. I’ve been checking it daily and it doesn’t seem to have any pests or diseases either. I’m definitely ordering my next plants from here - happy I found this place!

I ordered a large strelitzia and it was delivered the following day, well-packaged and exactly as depicted in the photo. Green Bubble offers a unique service that really elevates the online plant shopping experience. Since individual plants can vary considerably in appearance, it's really nice to be able to view all the available plants of a particular species and size and then select the exact plant you will receive. I am very happy with my new plant and will buy from Green Bubble again.
