I asked this company for some help and sent an e.mail recently but got a zero response.I'd purchased their products before and I needed to get some new venetian blind brackets in order to rehang my blind.They dont seem to care about their customers and to date still haven't bothered to reply.Avoid
Ordered Wood Venetian Blinds. Excessive wait for original colour so had to choose alternative colour.
Blinds arrived with bare timber edges showing. Grey blinds with wood coloured ends. Two of the blinds are painted on the edges and a number of slats within the blind have been missed.
Company reluctant to show any form of resolution. Other than send them all back to be painted and be resent out. Or have a pot of paint sent out to DIY the job through blind fitter!
