Well, what i can is that the customer service is quite slow to respond to the issues faced by the customers. And there are bugs on the pricing as it changes the price over time or some of the bundles just either disappeared or switched to other offers. The delivery speed is fine like I received what I want within 5 mins. I hope the official team can optimize the problems above and I think I will revisit this top up site soon in the future. A few months ago, I made PUBG UC purchases worth nearly $100,000 from this site. Because the website's live support was slow to respond and I wanted to become a reseller, I requested a WhatsApp number. Max sent me a price list to work with them again, we talked and agreed on a price, and he asked if I had a Telegram account. I added the working codes to my inventory. Then, for my second order, I sent $2430. He sent me codes worth that amount. I used the codes a few times within two hours, and then a reseller wanted to make a large purchase from me. (We are a well-known company in Türkiye.) Because of this, I placed a new order for $8452 and made the payment. After making the payment, I discovered that the active codes from my first and second orders had already been used. I was able to contact Max a day later. Since I live in Türkiye, there is a time difference between us. He said he would resolve the situation, but even after two days, he offered no solution. I then wrote to the site's live support requesting that an authorized person contact me and shared my information. Someone contacted me via WhatsApp at +86 156 0027 5667 and asked me to explain the situation. I explained the situation in detail, including screenshots. They requested time to investigate, and a day later they said Max did this without the approval or permission of our company. My losses have not been compensated, and no additional compensation has been offered as an apology. All evidence related to this will be submitted to the Cyber ​​Crimes Investigation Unit of the Republic of Turkey. I have suffered financial losses exceeding $10,000, and my reputation with my reseller customers has been damaged. The company should compensate me for all my losses.
