Terrible Experience with GREATS
I recently had a frustrating experience with GREATS Brand, Inc., and feel the need to share. First and foremost, their customer support has been completely unresponsive. Despite reaching out multiple times about my order, I’ve received no replies. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored as a paying customer.
To make matters worse, my order took an unusually long time to ship. Once I finally received a tracking number, I noticed the status hasn’t updated in 3 days—no scans have been recorded. At this point, it seems likely that the package is lost or missing.
The shipping method used was USPS, which is known for delays and lost packages. It’s baffling that such a high-value order was sent via a service with such a poor reputation.
Despite my repeated attempts to get clarification, I’ve yet to hear back from GREATS. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and stressful.
