I bought 5 watches and waste my money. Connot complain. Email bounce back. received one watch arrived broken face. Battery need charging every other day. Blood pressure and other activities readings are inaccurate. This look like cheap toy watch from a fareast street market. This is a rip off.

This company is a rip off - do not buy from them. It took ages to sync with app then after only 3 attempts to charge the battery the bracelet/ USB port just broke. I emailed 3 times with no reply then finally it was bounced back saying ‘no such email address’ - what a scam. Only gave them one star in order to be able to write a review. They are a minus number actually.

They don't even deserve my 1 start, wrist band watch not working couldn't even connect, lve reported it to my bank for a refund as they want to hustle my life, l don't have time.

Yes am that girl who emailed yo u that l wont send the video, coz your refund procedure is crap.

Do not go anywhere near this site. It gives a address in Huston, Texas but it actually a Chinese site.
I ordered what I thought was a Samsung smart watch. What I got in a package from China was a small , somewhat tattered box cotaining an anonymous smart watch which was certainly not a Samsung. There was also a set of instructions, partially in Chinese with print so small you needed a magnifying glass to read them.

Wish I had read these reviews only gave 1 star as could not leave 0, I ordered a smart watch which took weeks to arrive nothing like the website suggested just a piece of tat it's awful I feel ripped off

Terrible experience. Watch took four weeks to arrive. Instructions were very difficult to read so googled and hoped I’d got right product instructions. Managed to connect device and charge it a few times. It never gave an warning when it was about to die. Also lost time each day if I didn’t sync with iPhone. Final straw was when I was in a no wifi zone for a few days. Watch disconnected completely and would not reconnect. Complained to support team and was given basic advice I’d already tried. On replying to this effect I was told to send them a video of what was going wrong! They make customers pay shipping to return watch to Texas. Wish I’d read the reviews. Now planning to contact UK trading standards but not sure they’ll have any power over a US firm selling shoddy Chinese goods.

Like I many people I have been ripped off by this company. I received the item, don’t think I can call it a watch. Plastic tat with an awful smell. They advised me to send video of the item when I asked for a refund. I think Amazon should take this company off their website. One big scam.

Yes we have all been scammed! No detail about how to charge and broke on assembly. Will not refund want me to return broken rubbish to China at my expense. Just some plastic tat 😂. Report to Trading standards via CAB and hope these robbers are stopped from selling in tne UK.

Ordered 2 smart band watches had on charge over 4 hrs which neither charged.
Definitely wouldn't recommend this company one bit don't waste your money.
I've sent them 2 emails had no reply lol
Now got my American Express on with claims

Absolute scam, avoid

I bought the smart watch from Great Large for £25.00 I could not pair the watch with my phone with any of the suggested apps. I was given a whole lot of instructions from Great Large that I could not be bothered with. I asked for a return address so that I could get a refund and was asked to send a video of the issues I was having, I told them to write it off it was not worth the hassle but I did tell them I would leave a review of the service I had. In my opinion give Great Large a wide berth

Seems I can't give zero stars to this bunch of crooks.
Product was rubbish. Wanted video [video??] and if I sent it back to somewhere in China they would consider giving me a partial refund. Couldn't sent it back because the batteries were not acceptable to postal services.

Product arrived damaged and was not the same as the photo, a lot worse, cheap China knock off. Wanted to return it. Send photos. They asked for a video. Sent video. They then told me to send it back to China at my expense and only once they had proof of receiving it would I be given a refund.

Bought a fitness watch for £29.99 absolute rubbish it is not worth £2.99.This site should be taken off the Web. I think they get the watches from Thailand Market for less than a Dollar and rip people off. Please donnot buy off Great Large. This is not a proper company

Ordered a fitness watch. They sent the wrist band part and that’s it. Would not order from this site. Scam

Watch purchased for my daughter, the USB connector damaged within a few days, refuses to charge. Very poor quality. I have emailed the company twice and still yet to receive a response.

For anybody else who has been scammed by this company continue to request your full refund. I threatened to report them to Trading Standards and I soon received my full refund including postage.

Terrible. Straps are bent round the wrong way, watch has already been used, instructions are laughable and there is no charger. Don’t even bother with this!!! I doubt I’ll get a refund but will try anyway.
