I wanted to return a wrong motor.

They want me to pay shipping both ways and also 30% restocking fee? That almost 1/2 the cost of the motor?

Is this place living in the dark ages? no on get a restocking fee anymore.
if you try you'll be out of business soon. I the first out.

They should look at a company called Amazon....
I will sure buy from them next time... always read the fine print with off brand store like this one.

they were dishonest about a re stocking fee

they offer for you to chat with an agent and he helped me troubleshoot the issues with my La-Z-Boy chair. After asking more than once, if I could return the item, I decided to purchase a remote. The remote came, and it still has not fixed my problem, now I am told I have to pay for shipping and there is a restocking fee. The agent that helped me never told me about a restocking fee. I even offered to pay the return shipping, but ask them to waive the restocking because I didn’t use the product and I made it clear at the beginning I wasn’t sure if this was the issue and the salesman never mentioned a restocking fee. They have zero customer service in Our unwilling to help me. I would never use them again.

Bait and switch!

I found a pair of power recliners listed on their website for $1393.20 and put it in the cart. A higher price showed up so I contacted customer service online and was contacted via text message. They said those were out of stock. (Why, then, did they show up in my cart at a higher price?) Then I found another page on their website with the exact same recliner pair - the only difference was the stock number - for $2,113.20. I made an offer via the web page and received no reply. I asked them to explain the difference. They could not, said that was the only pair like that available and sent me a link. The price was then adjusted to $2,909.40. This place is all about bait and switch. Do not trust them! And they only show good reviews on their website - look around and go elsewhere.

No respect and no customer service!

The motor i was buying from them took over a month to come in...I tried to cancel but it had already been shipped-when I asked them to waive the 30% restocking fee I was told they would only do it in the form of a credit on my next order...normally that would be OK but in this case their products are already 30% plus overpriced i only order from them if I cant find it anywhere else in the world! I asked for a cash credit they told me NO - I also asked to speak to her (Karrie) boss and was told her boss did not take phone calls or emails. I find that troubling having owned a business for over 40 years. Her attitude was very stuck up (she had an answer for everything) which leads me to believe she gets asked about their policy on 30% RESTOCKING FEES ALOT! Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again unless they are the only one in the world with access to the part....Angelo

Helpful Service for a Replacement Part

I have a Lazy Boy recliner that no longer reclined. I contacted the store and was provided a phone number for repair. They told me their address and told me to bring it to them. After 13 spine surgeries, I have difficulty going from one room to another and I don’t know anyone who could do it. They told me they could pick it up for $250.00, the labor cost would be $190.00 per hour plus any parts needed. I ordered a new corded remote from GreatFurnitureDeal.com. They shipped it immediately for free. My recliner now works perfectly for only $149.95!!!

💥WARNING 💥DO NOT BUY FROM FURNITURE DEAL.COM

This company is a total disgrace I placed an order on November 15th 2023. I didn't receive my recliner until March of 2024 this should have been a red flag immediately. Their reasoning was that it was being custom made for me. Which is a total joke it was definitely not custom made. Shortly after I received approx 5 weeks Later after waiting nearly 5 months I started having problems with the reclining mechanism grinding getting stuck. spent sooo much time with pictures audio recordings they required everything under the sun. Being blown off they finally sent me a new reclining mechanism in a huge ass box I am disabled can't even move it it's in the middle of my living room floor then they tell me for me to locate a person who can install it locally. Which I felt that is not even my job wth. So I looked around I finally found someone. I give them the information and then they tell me that they will not pay for installation of the new reclining mechanism. I said this problem happened 5 weeks after I owned the recliner which I feel I am entitled under the Consumer Protection Law to have a recliner work when I paid for over $1,000 for this unit but the company will not replace or repair the item I am taking other action to hopefully resolve this problem but anyone else thinking of dealing with this unethical company buyer beware should stay away from this company

Terrible customer service

I ordered a table - it came in the wrong color - gave me so much grief about returning it - I did not make the mistake they or their supplier did!

Even questioned where I got the sample that was the real color as they were probably trying to make me keep it - get samples or do not order from them!

Great price and customer service!

The best thing about shopping here are their low prices - you can get everything without breaking your budget. And the payment options like PayPal make things even quicker than usual on big buys or small purchases alike.

Great Services! Very Helpful!

I ordered a white leather Paris sectional. The staff is INCREDIBLE and very helpful. I made my purchase by photo and the help of staff. Barbara from sales/designer, she goes above and beyond to help me with any of my needs. I give her a description of what I'm looking for and she does all the foot work for me by sending me the perfect matches of what I'm looking for and my career leaves me no time to look. She is an asset to the company and i will return.
