Did not recieve email about auto…
Did not recieve email about auto renewal until day money was deducted from account. Did not want to renew insurance. Tried to phone to cancel impossible to get through emailed to cancel no reply as of yet!

They are very dodgy about cancelations…
They are very dodgy about cancelations and auto renewal, they website login does nota have cancelation link making impossible to cancel the auto renew and very hard to reach in work day times for calling

Competitively priced for a good level of cover

Me and my wife needed travel insurance.
So I went on to a well-known comparison website.
Put in what I needed for my holiday and the comparison website found Great Cover insurance of which in my opinion was a very good price.
Great Cover insurance website was easy to follow.
Didn't take long from start to finish. 👍

I wasn’t receiving my email to confirm my policy had to phone that was a 45 minute wait on phone when they answered it was still not sorted changed it to my son name he still hasn’t received a email phoned again the name spelled wrong hopefully now it be sorted out but they need to answer the phone better if there issues try to sort it another way

Really disappointing cover
Really disappointing cover. First time cruiser and I picked cruise cover costing an additional £20+. I didn't know to specifically look out for missed port as I'd never been on a cruise before. Two ports were missed due to bad weather. All other party members got some basic compensation from their insurer. I got £0 despite my cruise cover being more expensive. Whilst I appreciate I didn't spot this as the customer, it also seems out of sorts. Definitely, paying more gets you less in this instance. Other people paid about £2-5 for their cruise cover and got about £100 back for missed port.
