Bogus.. Buyer Avoid!!

Was taken through to this site from clicking the gift card option on the flaming grill pub website (part of Greene King group)

Ordered and paid for gift card for Mothers day.

Mothers day came and went, with no sign of giftcard, payment had been taken however. Only email and eform contact channels exist on their website, there is no customer service numbers. In fact there are no telephone numbers anywhere on their site, no head office number or anything.

No reply from either numerous emails or completed web page eforms.

Fulfillment is handled by a 3rd party company (Voucher Express) who have no record of the transaction, and as I hadn't ordered the giftcard via their own website, they couldn't help, referfering me back to the greatbritshpubgiftcard website!

Bogus.. Buyer beware!
